This privacy policy explains how Never Leaf Events handles your personal data when you visit this website or contact us. We keep it simple: we only collect what we need to answer your message, and we never sell your data.
Who we are
Never Leaf Events, based in the Netherlands, is the controller for the processing of your personal data as described in this policy. You can reach us at info@neverleafevents.com.
What data we collect
- Contact form: your company name, full name, email address and the message you send us.
- Email: your name, email address and anything you write when you email us directly.
We do not ask for sensitive personal data. Please do not include it in your message.
Why we use your data and on what basis
We use your data only to read and answer your question, request or proposal, and to follow up on it, for example when you want to visit, partner with or take part in one of our events. Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, in Dutch: AVG), we do this on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, or to take steps at your request before entering into an agreement with you.
How long we keep your data
We keep your messages for as long as we need them to handle your request, and no longer than two years after our last contact, unless the law requires us to keep them longer, for example for our accounts when you become a customer or partner.
Who has access to your data
Only Never Leaf Events uses your data. This website is hosted and maintained by Marketing Shift on servers in the European Union; they process data on our behalf and only on our instructions. We only share data with others when the law requires it. We never sell or rent your personal data.
No analytics or tracking
This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools, and we do not build visitor profiles. We only use cookies that are needed for the website to work. Read more in our cookie policy.
Links to other websites
Our website links to other websites, such as our Instagram. When you follow such a link, the privacy policy of that website applies. We are not responsible for how they handle your data.
Security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss and unauthorised access, including an encrypted (HTTPS) connection to this website.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive your data in a portable format. To use any of these rights, email us at info@neverleafevents.com. We will reply within one month.
If you are not happy with how we handle your data, please let us know. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
